after skimming through "hip hop ya don't stop," i felt inspired
to create my version of chunky cuban link earrings.
these lightweight links are connected to sterling silver ear hooks.
3" in length and not nearly as heavy as they appear.

This was taken 7 days before Xmas, 2009. It was 77 degrees. I miss St. Louis, but I'm glad to be home.

I was also commissioned by sister of mine to create for her an unconventional engagement ring, using certain elements she'd requested.

gorgeous onyx chunks, pewter spacers and a toggle clasp. the onyx has tons of movement.
some chunks stand straight up, some lay flat, some alternate in position...

i love jewelry that appears to be alive.
